WOULD LOVE TO SEE SAME ON MATCH DAY-TOFFEES….

Everton fans will be buoyed by what they have seen after training footage emerges

Everton’s season has gotten off to a very difficult start, so supporters and players can’t be faulted for feeling down while the break is still in effect.

Everton fans plan to create 'bearpit' atmosphere for Chelsea game to help players escape 'mess' of relegation

After four games, Sean Dyche’s men are still without a win and have just one point on the board following their 2-2 draw against fellow strugglers

Sheffield United, who are also without a win, at Bramall Lane on Saturday 2 September.

After scoring their first two goals of the year in a Carabao Cup encounter against Doncaster Rovers on Wednesday, August 30, which they won 2-1,

it took the Toffees till the game against the Blades to score their first Premier League goal of the year.

It represents their joint-worst start to a Premier League season ever, and the first time in the history of the club that they have lost their opening

three league fixtures without scoring a goal.

With the stats suggesting it is all doom and gloom on the blue side of Merseyside right now, fans might have expected some players to have their

heads down in training and be feeling sorry for themselves. Thankfully, this does not appear to be the case.

The players can be seen playing a game in a video shared to the club’s official Twitter account on September 9 between training drills, and they all

appear to be having fun.

Laughter can be heard and all the players are getting involved, suggesting that the mood in the camp is still positive despite their poor run of results.

While this might not be plenty to go off, their form in the week building up to the international break also suggests they might be turning a corner.

Having scored four goals across two games and not losing either match, they would have picked up some confidence from these results.

Beto seems to be a welcome addition up top and Jordan Pickford’s found some good form as he made two big saves against the Blades to prevent

Everton heading into the international break with four defeats from four, which would have really been disastrous to their hopes of avoiding a

relegation battle again.

There are certainly signs that Dyche is beginning to turn the tide, and the training footage will only support that.
