Since taking over for Harry Kane, the new Spurs manager has had a significant impact on the team and deserves a great deal of praise for how he’s handled things.

However, Tony Cascarino believes that if the Spurs are to contend until Christmas, they will need to acquire a player better than Richarlison, as he stated on TalkSPORT today.

Analyst claims Tottenham needs to improve upon Richarlison
In an interview with Natalie Sawyer this morning, Cascarino expressed his opinion that the Brazilian is the most susceptible member of the Tottenham team right now.

There’s pressure
If taking over for Harry Kane wasn’t enough pressure, Richarlison’s lack of form has made it much more difficult for him.

The Brazilian is undoubtedly a gifted forward player; after all, you don’t become the country’s number nine without earning your spot.

But here he is, Cascarino. Tottenham needs a striker in the team who can score goals if they are to advance and remain in the running.

Richarlison isn’t that guy right now, and it wouldn’t be shocking if Daniel Levy signed a new forward in January.

Pep Guardiola inspires a cult hero in the Premier League, while Jose Mourinho takes over a ninth-tier team.

After playing for four Premier League clubs, Pascal Chimbonda is currently starting his management career with Skelmersdale United.

org Pascal Chimbonda, a defender for Tottenham and France, has secured his first managerial position in the English Football League’s ninth division.

Chimbonda, 44, joined Wigan when they were promoted to the Premier League in 2005. As a result of several outstanding performances, he was included in the PFA Team of the Year.

Numerous teams took notice of him, and the following summer Tottenham decided to sign the full-back. Chimbonda also played in the top division during stints with Sunderland, Blackburn, and QPR.

After ending his professional career, the defender—who was also included on France’s 2006 World Cup roster—played for many minor league teams before taking a position in the dugout.

Chimbonda has been named the new manager of Skelmersdale United, a premier league team in the North West Counties that draws around 150 spectators every match.

With one victory and fifteen losses from their 16 league games played thus far, including a 5-0 home hammering on Saturday, the non-league team is presently at the bottom and will have his job cut out for him.

Chimbonda, though, is certain he can make things better, stating: “I am aware of the supporters’ deep attachment to this club. I am so happy of myself today and I have a great chance.

I’ve taken inspiration from great managers like Guardiola, Mourinho, Zidane, and Simeone, so I’ll approach football with an eye toward being visually appealing.”

His transition to the bench and his ability to handle his players will be interesting to see, as he was a harsh critic of Harry Redknapp while he was at Spurs.

“As a football player, you are not very happy when you don’t play,” he stated. I’m not sure why he didn’t choose me, and I’m not interested in finding out. It’s really difficult for me to play for six months without a purpose because I want to be on the field.

In addition, Chimbonda oversees a football academy in the northwest and has assisted several non-league players in obtaining contracts for the current campaign.

Frank Hughes, the chairman of Skelmersdale, stated: “We believe Pascal is the best candidate for the position. His success at the pinnacle of professional football demonstrates that he possesses

that mindset of victory. The club has pulled off a huge victory, and we are quite optimistic about the future.
