Cook County's new flag is revealed - Chicago Sun-TimesRegarding head coach Matt Eberflus and quarterback Justin Fields, what do you think the Bears should do in 2024?

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, an NFL fan survey where we ask the most engaged Chicago Bears fans and fans nationwide questions all season long. The Chicago Bears gave us a glimmer of hope when they won back-to-back division games, and a victory in Cleveland would have energised our fanbase, but they did it again. This is the third time this season that they have failed to hold onto a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter. Da Bears Blog | Reflecting on Matt Eberflus' Latest Unbelievable LossDo you believe Matt Eberflus will continue to lead the Bears as head coach through 2024?
Do you think Matt Eberflus should rejoin the Bears as head coach in 2024?
Regarding “Flus,” nothing has changed in my opinion. For some time now, I’ve been hoping for a new head coach in 2024, but I don’t think they’ll let him go. Arizona and Atlanta are very winnable games, and if the Bears manage to reach seven victories, I anticipate the team’s brass will decide that’s sufficient progress and will re-sign him for the third season.

However, I sincerely hope I’m mistaken and Chicago hires new head coaches.

Do you believe Justin Fields will remain the starting quarterback for the Bears in 2024?
Would you like Justin?

Ryan Poles, general manager, has a special chance to select a rookie quarterback and pair him with a new head coach; however, the new coach ought to have a say in selecting the quarterback he will coach.

I’m not sure what the Bears will do if that Carolina pick falls outside of the top two.

Pairing a rookie quarterback with a returning Eberflus is my biggest worry. The Bears have previously followed that route with John Fox and Mitch Trubisky as well as Fields and Matt Nagy.
Do you want Justin Fields to start for the Bears again at quarterback in 2024?
This is difficult for me because I adore Fields so much and would only want to support
