Rams TE Tyler Higbee tore ACL on low hit by Lions S Kerby Joseph in wild-card lossLos Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee suffered a ruptured ACL after taking a hard hit against the Detroit Lions on Sunday night, according to Ian Rapoport’s reports. In the fourth quarter of the 24-23 loss, Higbee attempted a pass that fell incomplete concurrently with the hit, and that is the play that is under consideration. Higbee had 47 receptions for 495 yards and two touchdowns during the regular season, but he failed not catch a pass in the Wild Card game against the Lions. From Western Kentucky, he was chosen by the Rams in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
