wonderful news:Rangers, Brentford, Wolves, Nottingham Forest, and Celtic are all pursuing a move of a Bristol City star.

Nottingham Forest sack coach Steeve Cooper - Vanguard NewsThe same player who got Bristol City over the line for a replay ended up being the game-winning move as Bristol City defeated West Ham United in the FA Cup on Tuesday night.

Tommy Conway scored the only goal Liam Manning’s team needed to advance to the fourth round in just the third minute, taking advantage of a defensive blunder by the Hammers at Ashton Gate. Tommy Conway had earlier hammered home an equalizer in a 1-1 draw at the London Stadium in front of 9,000 traveling Robins supporters.

Conway has been back in action since late September after missing the majority of the first few months of the season due to a hamstring injury. With eight goals in 22 appearances across all competitions, he is definitely a striker to watch over the next few years.

It’s unclear, though, if that will be with Bristol City or another team given the mounting transfer interest in the 21-year-old Scotland youth international following his FA Cup exploits.

Many clubs are keeping an eye on the teenage striker, including Celtic and Rangers, two Old Firm teams competing for the Scottish Premiership title, according to a report from Football Insider.

However, Conway’s services are also being pursued by Premier League teams; Wolverhampton Wanderers, Brentford, and Nottingham Forest are among those who are interested in the City academy graduate.

Conway, who scored 12 goals in 38 games during the previous season, looks to be Liam’s replacement. He is expected to match or surpass that total in 2023–2024.
