This weekend, one of the best players in the nation is anticipated to visit the Gators.
This coming weekend is the Florida Gators’ second Junior Day of the year. A number of names have already been anticipated to arrive in Gainesville, and Swamp247 has been monitoring the names anticipated in the community. That list is trackable HERE. Elijah Griffin, a five-star defensive lineman from Savannah, Georgia Christian Prep and the third-ranked prospect in the class of 2025, is another name that is anticipated to be in the area this weekend.
Assuming Griffin arrives as anticipated, this will be the Gators’ first opportunity to see him on the campus. He’s previously made arrangements to travel to The Swamp, but those plans ultimately fell through. It has taken a team effort to bring down the 285-pound, 6-foot-5 player.

Additionally, he has expressed interest in making official visits to locations like as USC and Oregon once he arranges those travels for later in the year. He recorded 97 tackles as a junior, including 17.5 sacks and 31 stops for loss. He made 82 stops the previous season, 30 of which were in the backfield with 14.5 sacks.
