Turner, a 29-year-old goalkeeper, spoke candidly about his affection for the Reds’ support base and life in Nottingham.
American international goalkeeper Turner, a former Arsenal player, joined the Reds in a move for up to £10 million. He admits that he has adapted well to life at the team and in the city.
Turner has won over Forest supporters with his on-field performances amid opposition from fellow newcomer Odysseas Vlachodimos.

Turner said in a BBC interview that he had “chills” while performing in front of the Forest fans for the first time.
And I believe that as a visiting team from the opposite side, you are aware that you do not want that to occur. In that sense, you don’t want the fans to become engaged in the game.
So, it’s amusing that I can see both sides of it.
