All of the latest Newcastle United transfer rumours wrapped up
The Bruno Guimaraes plan for Barcelona
Bruno Guimaraes, a midfielder for Newcastle United, is still a target for Barcelona, who are willing to trade some of their players for the Brazilian international this summer.
Mundo Deportivo claims that Los Cules were unfazed by the 26-year-old pledging his future to the Magpies earlier this year by agreeing to a new contract that would expire in 2028.
That deal reportedly contains a £100million release clause and Barcelona would struggle to justify spending that much money on one player. As such, if they pursued a move for the Newcastle star they would offer some of their star players in a return in a bid to lure him to Camp Nou.
Barca are also said tp be monitoring Everton star Amadou Onana, as well as AS Monaco’s Youssouf Fofana, as they look to strengthen their options in the centre of midfield next season.
Ferran Torres is reportedly moving to Newcastle
In an attempt to get more first-team playing time, Ferran Torres is’seriously considering’ leaving Barcelona next month. Newcastle is reportedly one team keeping an eye on him.
Tutto Juve claims that Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, and Newcastle are all keeping an eye on the forward for Spain.
Torres’s contract at Camp Nou expires in2027, and a loan would probably be required to leave. The 23-year-old, who has already played in the Premier League with Man City, is worried about getting enough playing time because Barca manager Xavi would rather use Joao Felix and Raphinha out wide.
